These fabulous cards are from my Over the Top Swap that I hosted in August 2009 before the Stampin' Up! Convention the next day. These are my 15 Over the Top favorites, including the three Contest Winners, but there were 50 swaps total and they were all wonderful! For this swap, going Over the Top is a must. The swaps had to be full cards, have at least 3 layers, use embellishments and/or technique, and be well stamped and have near perfect cutting too.
